HT5000C high-resolution X-ray non-destructive flaw detector is mainly used for internal inspection of automobile parts, aluminum castings and other metal castings. The equipment generates X-rays and uses the penetrating ability of X-rays to carry out detection of defects, slag inclusions,  the bubble size and cracks and other anomalies and  has achieved the quality control of the foundry industry. The products are placed on the tray and fed into the equipment from the feeding belt line, and moved to the detection position through the belt line. The device uses a 17-inch flat panel detector to generate a whole image of the product and test it. After the test is completed, it is conveyed to the discharge belt line through the belt line, and the defective products are sorted out based on the test results. The equipment can quickly and clearly detect internal defects such as die casting, castings, and aluminum alloys.
